The late Paus blood will be on display


Rome: Blood taken from Paus Johannes Paulus II before he died will be exhibited at the event on Sunday (30 / 4) later. "One of theof the four small tubes of blood taken from the Pope on his last days will be used ,"the Vatican said in a statement on Wednesday ( 27 / 4 ).

The late supreme leader of the Polish Catholics will be beatified in a ceremony which was inaugurated by his successor, Pope Benedict XVI. Paus Johannes Paulus II, who sits as pope for 27 years, died on April 2, 2005 after battling Parkinson's disease.

After Paul John Paus died, two small glasses of blood given to his private secretary, Cardinal Stanislaw Dziwisz, who now serves as archbishop of Krakow in Poland.

Two other glass, one of which will be used for Sunday's beatification, nuns left in control in hospitals Bambin Gesu at the Vatican.

Blood-filled tube that will be placed in the "crate valuable" specially prepared by the Office of Papal Liturgical Celebrations for this event.

Once taken from the body of Paus Johannes Paulus, the blood was mixed in the tube with antigumpalan to make sure to stay liquid.

"Blood and body hair comes from the Paus, so is the highest degree of sacred objects," said Cardinal Dziwisz
